RESPONSE
a) Various communication channels for contacting Healthwatch Wokingham have been established including the website, a helpline telephone number, use of social networking sites, leaflets given at outreaches and walk in enquiries dealt with via the Citizen’s Advice Bureau
b) All data is feed into a CRM which runs regular reports. Healthwatch has produced a number of reports for CQC on intelligence gathered about particular providers. Healthwatch has a procedure in place to deal with CQC inspection reports,
c) No official Enter and View visits taken place to date but there is now a team established of 30 Authorised Representatives who are trained and 2 visits scheduled for April/May 2014
d) Healthwatch have an active seat on Health and Wellbeing Board. They have also attended all the meetings of the local Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee and have a standing item on agenda for updates. Healthwatch has formed part of the Better Care Fund working group and will continue to engage patients and public on the development and implementation of the programme, including evaluation. Healthwatch also regularly meet with CCG to discuss work
e) There is a joint project underway looking at use of local food bank and impact on health and wellbeing. Healthwatch is also supporting a number of public health initiatives by publicising via their channels of communication

g) Information has been escalated to Healthwatch England on 2 occasions – one about local response to care data and the other about waiting times for local safeguarding level 1 training.
