The contract is a joint contract with Dorset and Poole - the figures below are for the Bournemouth element of the contract.
2. Three years
3. £167,987 for each of the three years
4. £130,000 for each of the three years
5. An annual 10% management fee has been retained for each year of the contract - £16,800 pa. The remaining amount is held in reserve.
6. VAT treatment is not yet finalised. Previous HMRC guidance on the VAT treatment of LINk (VATGPB8755) was that local authority funding is not considered for a supply made by LINks body and, therefore, it should be treated as outside the scope. HMRC have not yet confirmed if this same treatment should be applied to the Local Healthwatch.
